Modernism and Postmodernism

There is a difference between postmodern art and modern art. When artistic work was being produced during the 1860s-1970s period, that’s what Modern art is. The art movement which reverses some aspects of modernism was seen to be postmodern.
Later in the 20th century, rumours and evidence was piled-up about the failure of modernism. The modernist art movement styles have always been well-known by the comparisons of styles, attitude, technique, topic or determination. For examples, the surrealist, they had a very wide imagination and tend to be owned by their dreams. There was a very famous and greatest artist in the modernist period, Salvador Dali. His art is his hobby of reality and illusions. In my point of view, art like this must be physically overexcited. Dali was developing and succeeding in one of the most inspiring times. In the 20th century artist such as Picasso, Dali, Warhol and others, have not shown as much and more influence of leading ideas or beliefs in some obvious fashion.
In my point of view postmodernism is more of arrogance instead of a movement, it’s more of a renewal of modernism. Comparing postmodernism and modernism, postmodernism have not got many comparisons or fusing purpose, they have an absence of uniqueness.
